Thank you so much for thinking of us at this time in memory of Simon. It is lovely to see all of the wonderful photos that have been added to this page.
We feel very privileged to have been part of the care which enabled Simon to stay at home and we are glad that through our Hospice at Home service we were able to support him when he needed it most.
Like all areas of society, the recent coronavirus pandemic has brought Longfield many new challenges to overcome. The team has adapted quickly to ensure the free care and support can continue, but this has only been possible thanks to people like you, wanting to help and make a difference in the community.
We simply cannot thank you enough for making our work possible and enabling us to continue offering our services now and in the future, in these uncertain times. Your kindness and support is greatly appreciated.
